BSAHI Beta Program — Terms

Effective: 2026-08-11. These terms govern participation in the BSAHI beta program.

1. What the beta is

The BSAHI beta program grants early access to the Send Widget and SCCR Index products. The first 100 registrants receive free access for six months from the date of registration.

2. Registration

• You register by providing your name and a valid email address, and selecting a product.
• Registration is recorded to manage the 100-user cap and your six-month free access.
• Each email address may register once. Duplicate registrations are rejected.
• Once 100 beta spots are filled, further registrations go on a waitlist.

3. Access and the beta key

• On registration, you receive a beta access key.
• Use the key at beta-login.html to unlock product access.
• The key is for your use only. Do not share it.
• Access is active until your six-month expiry date.

4. The 100-user cap and free period

• The beta is limited to 100 users at the beta-free tier.
• Free access lasts six months from registration, after which the terms are subject to change (e.g., continued access may require a paid plan).
• We may change, suspend, or discontinue the beta program at any time, with notice where practical.

5. What you get

• Access to the Send Widget and SCCR Index while the beta is active.
• The underlying research and data remain public and free.
• Feedback you provide may be used to shape the products.

6. What you don't get

• No equity, tokens, or ownership interest.
• No SLA or uptime guarantee during the beta — it's an early product.
• No claim that the beta reflects final product features or pricing.

7. Data and privacy

Your registration data (name, email, product) is used to manage beta access. See the Privacy page for details.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
