Conventions
- observed — read from a node or a frozen primary capture with a recorded unit and date.
- reconstructed — derived by a stated procedure from anchors (interpolation, era means).
- modelled — assumptions dominate; the output is a scenario.
- Grades: A direct measurement · B frozen primary (B* with a documented gap) · C model/assumptions · D interpolation, no continuous source.
